It depends. Is it your ex you want, or the baby? If its just your ex, its not fair to try and use the baby to make her change her mind, plus it would be unfair on the baby if she got back with you for the wrong reasons, and may even end up resenting the child for it. But if its for the baby, then I'll say Well Done. It's not very often a man will do all he can to see his child after its born, never mind before. You do have rights, but to be honest, theres nothing you can do really, until after the baby is born. Good luck anyway.

You have all the right to be in the baby's life (you should be present in it's life). Are you sure the baby is yours? (I'm sorry to ask). Once the baby is born get a DNA test just to establish that you are the biological father, she can't deny that. Th best thing to do is finding a lawyer. Good luck!

Well, if it's your baby, you have a right to have the child in your life. Potentially, you could even get custody, although, unfortunately, it's not likely. Most likely you will get to pay child support and have joint custody or visitation rights. Get an attorney and a paternity test.
good luck.

Lots
as much as her
Get a lawyer: You will need to make everything legal
File for Custody IF you can really take care of the child if she is incapable for any reason........let her have it if you are incable for any reason
You have a right through a lawyer to have visitation rights if she is the better parent.
why didn't you guys use birth control? It's rather heathen not to anymore.

After the baby is born petition the courts for a paternity test, if you are the father then you have a lot of rights.
Good luck.

Well unless she puts you on the birth certificate not a whole lot.
If she doesnt then you will have to establish paternity in court before you even get to think about seeing baby.

i'm 30 and a child of a relationship like this.
i HATE my mother for thinking she had the right to deny me access to my father.
if the feeling between you and her is mutual, just remember that there is another person involved, being the child.

If you are the father, then you do have rights.
as the father you would have a right to visitation of the child, but you would also have the responsibility of supporting the child...
Good luck
