You may want to redefine your question. It is difficult to apply the concepts of "survivor, good or bad" to universes.

Parallel universes only exist in fiction. In science they are merely poor interpretations of mathematical properties of the WRONG theories AKA artifacts.
However, if you MUST have an answer, there would not be just two parallel universes but infinities of infinities of infinites of them. To be more precise, there would be ALL possible universes at once. In some a person would commit suicide in another they wouldn't. In most universe the person would not even exist to begin with.
