HOWDY!!! Darth,
Sorry to hear you have a cold. If it really starts hurting in the chest, throat, nose, or any other part of your body; you might want to go see a Dr. to be on the safe side. You are aware of my experience with Pneumonia.
You asked how I rate my health. My health is Very Bad right now because I spent two weeks on life support. They gave me a lot of blood, antibiotics, and stick after stick for lab test.
Darth you may not believe this but I usually weigh 137 lbs. to 150 lbs. I had to go in to the VA yesterday for a check up and I weighed a lousy 95 lbs. Blood Pressure is okay, temp. okay, but my white blood count is still high so I guess the Dr. will call tomorrow sometime to let me know that he is sending me some more antibiotics.
Everyone that read this TAKE CARE because it is real easy to catch Pneumonia!!!

Mine is not that great. I have a heart condition called Tachycardia. I have asthma. Really bad eyes. Osteoarthritis. And some blood pressure problems. But right now I'm pregnant and for some reason when I'm pregnant my health improves.

I think my health is poor, I haven't been feeling well for quite some time, I don't have any health insurance and can't afford to go to the Doctor.

I have excellent health.
I am a non-smoker
Eat low fat
I use no white sugar
walk /run 1 to2 times a week
try to maintain a positive outlook [ easy on those days I don't have to listen to my boss chew me out]
And I try to maintain my weight
try to take care of myself- mentally, physically and spiritually.
And I am a grandmother
