I think right now you would have to say the Lakers. The Lakers bench is currently leading the NBA in points per game- and the Lakers have a better record than the Heat and have played one of the toughest schedules in the NBA.

Shaq has been playing better since D. Wade called him out, but he can't do it game-to-game like he used to. I'd give it a little bit because D. Wade just got back and so he may be a different D. Wade in a month or so, but at this point the Lakers are playing better than the Heat.

It remains to be seen whether the Lakers can stay healthy and their bench can continue to play at the level they are.
