Nowadays, people always insist (complain?) that Christmas is getting too commercialized, but at the same time, people bring-on their expectations on what EXACTLY is the perfect Christmas gift.

But, perfect for who?

The gift receiver? They're not paying for it, so greed tends to get in the way of being thankful for what they receive.

The gift giver? They are the person paying, and also getting "hints" (aka demands) from people who want the expensive items.

If the gift giver cannot meet the gift receiver's wishes (demands), then they are seen as a "Scrooge" with their money.

Helping other people? Most people think that is for "other people" to handle.

People need to focus their attention once again on the absolute true reason for Christmas; the birth of Jesus, son of God.

The main thing that I want for christmas is to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life. I am now in my third year of college and still do not know what it is that I want to be when I "grow up."

Lots of happiness for all around and great health especially for the older ones and may the animals get better treatment since they have a right to be on this earth too. Lastly, for people to be decent and not corrupt this site with silly replies!

I want world peace. I also want a new Dooney & Bourke handbag, A Couch handbag & gold jewelry. I'm sure a new wardrobe wouldn't hurt either nor would a new car. I don't want a lot. ~LOL!
