i have lost my spirit. i dont have that 'sparkle' to do everything, even things i use to love or like so much. i fine myself really crazy, weirdo! -_-ll can someone please help me? tell me what to do now... i am really losing my life. =( sob.

Firstly there is nothing wrong with you, its just that your perception is a little foggy at the moment! Is it that you are really loosing your life or just need to make new choices? Start by exploring what it is that you need to do you change your state? you are currently in a state that doesn't support you, the only way to fix this is to change it! how about writing a list on all the ways you could improve your state now! what will shift your state? find out what you love to do, maybe your previous likes or loves don't serve you anymore, just create new ones! your sparkle is still there, it cant be taken from you its just hidden at this point. When apart from now will be a good time to unleash it again?

You've taken at least part of the first step by admitting there is a problem. Definitely sounds like depression and that doesn't make you a weirdo, something like 30% of adults suffer depression at some point in their life, many only suffer one bout.

See your doctor or find a counsellor, talking about it can help but they will make an assessment of how bad you are and suggest possible treatments which may include seeing a pyschologist, medication or cognitive (behavioural) therapy. The sooner you get treatment the better, and at this time of year the extra stresses won't help.

Its hard to try and convince yourself over and over again "Point of doing anything" All of our emotions, Conscious thoughts, unconscious thoughts and feelings make us human just say to yourself where here for a reason live life to the max! keep your body , soul , and your spirit high =D

depression rears its ugly head,dont worry see ur doc,and get some counseling,its the time where the time changes it gets darker earlier,that brings out a lot of depression,open up a window,see the sunlight or the sonlight,Jesus,keep yo head up,take time to say a prayer..Prayer changes things...if u wanna talk ..teresa-haynes2000@yahoo.com

Without a reason its hard to answer, I would go to a therapist and maybe get some antidepressants. Hope you get your spirit back.

go for walks get out of the house. When you hang around the house a lot you will get lazy just like me. To much time in Y/A

Get a grip. You must try to rationalize you thoughts. Think of the positive things about you and your life. And try to work on the negative.
