XS. I'm the same size as you and it says that the XS is 0-2 and that is what i wear so yeah... i would get that size.

without your waist and hip measurements, unforunately we cannot help you. your weight actually is not the slightest bit helpful. all clothing is based on measurements. there is a size chart provided for these leggings on the website. you will need to measurements. your waist (find it at the smallest part of your torso where you bend to the send and it indents) and secondly your hip (at the widest part). I would probably say you are small or XS but honestly couldn't tell you based on the info you have provided.
