Hmmm. There are a lot of options. Where exactly is the lump? Is the lump on your labia (the "lips")? Or on your thighs? And how big is it? Is it like a pimple? The chances that it's something bad are small. I wouldn't worry about it, but on the other hand, if it doesn't clear up in a month, you should tell your mom and go to a doctor. To try to get it to clear up: take some hot baths, gently wash the area with a wash cloth, so if it's a blocked pore, it will clear up.

No you shouldn't worry. It could be any number of things, most likely a cyst or ingrown hair. They are very common, and are not dangerous. Any lumps should be checked out by a doctor though. But if you have never had sex, and never had a guy "down there" its not an std. Just relax, and talk to your mom, or other trusted adult, and get in to see your doctor.

At 14 it is most likely an ingrown hair or causes by a hormone flair up.

I would tell your mother and go to the doctor but it really is 99.9% most likely nothing.

Good luck!

It could be some sort of infection. You can get vaginal infections even though you are a virgin. You need to see a doctor so they can tell you what it is and clear it up.

There is nothing to be scared about it. You must see a doc and get his advise.
