my friends called my other friend a DC. i know it has to do with being fat but i cant remember what it actualy stands for. does anyone know?

All I know is it means direct current or District of Columbia.

i have never heard that before maybe they made it up? but at least you kind of know what it means. maybe the C stands for cow? lol sorry i couldn't really help.
