Hi.I'm on my period and it's been at least a year now.The thing that's driving me crazy is that whenever I sleep so much blood flows out and there's blood on the sheet and on my pants and so on!!I hate washing them everytime and whenever I use towels they always somehow get pushed off the the side. How can I let the blood not touch the back of my pants or the bedsheet?

Only two ways (for me atleast ...)
Set a timer for the middle of the night. When it goes off, change your pad. If that doesn't work ...
Option 2: Get those sleeping pads. Their like diapers, the soak and soak. I LOVE them! Idk why, but I find them super snug to sleep in.

If you use tampons, try wearing a pad also. If you wear pads, try using 2 so they cover more of your underwear. You may want to try setting an alarm for every couple of hours, just so you can get up and use the bathroom. Tell your mom you are having so much problems. Have her to take you to the doctor to make sure nothing is wrong, and see if she will consider getting you the pill which will make your periods lighter.

you may no longer be embarrassed or scared to tell your mom. She's been for the period of the precise same ingredient and she or he'll understand a hundred%. I promise you. And in case you do no longer % her to make an excellent deal out of it then tell her merely that. you would be effective. you certainly ought to tell somebody who grants you with the right needs using fact tissue paper is gonna proceed to no longer paintings, and its in all probability greater uncomfortable than donning a pad anyhow. congrats however!!

I use tampons and a pad to try to prevent that from happening. It usually works but sometimes I get some leakage on the pants. I've been able to avoid getting it on the sheets, though.

Hate to say it but make yourself get up about every 3 hours and go to the bathroom. If not wear a nighttime pad that has wings , or try using a tampon at night.

Are you using pads or tampons? What I do is use the pads made for overnight. Also, I use two to prevent leaking. If that doesn't help, you need to get up in the middle of the night and change your tampon/pad. I know pads are uncomfortable if you prefer tampons but everytime I sleep in a tampon I leak so I don't do it anymore.

Try using over night pads if that still doesn't help you might have to set the alarm and get up to change it during the night. I sometimes have the same problem because my period is heavy. You might also want to try wearing two pads. I understand the frustration but that usually works for me.

I know it'll sound weird, but if you have a really small frame, you could wear pull-ups for kids. I couldn't always use tampons so I would wear the little swimmers in the pool. (only around family of course...) Otherwise, nighttime pads are great.

Check with your family doctor...that's very uncomfortable and can me helped with help from your doctor. Have you thought about Yaz or a similar pill? I'm not sure how old you are....but birth control does not always have to be about protection it can be used for medical reasons. This is a doctor call for sure.
