Looking back on our life,even as young as teens
now look.,we wish we haden't said thing we did to
change the course of our life of tomorow.

I think our goal in life changes with experience with life itself. I once had a goal of being the first man on the moon but changed due to someone else beating me to it. Many guys, unfortunately regret saying "will you marry me" when they learn it is not all hearts and flowers. Some even abandon those who they once loved with all their heart or the children they procreated. Their goal changed for the worst. When you get to be an old man your goal may just be to have a day more.
