Kerwin, when was the last time Ronald McDonald twisted your arm and forced you to eat a big mac with fries? How about people you know? Has old Ronald forced any of them?

McDonald's isn't responsible making people fat, any more than any other restaurant, or for that matter supermarkets. Why not have supermarket police to prevent you from filling up your basket with the foods you CHOOSE of your own free will to buy.

Oh, and by the way, you can sue anybody you want to in the USA.. if you can get a lawyter to take the case. Convincing a jury is another matter.

Fast food doesn't make people fat. People sitting in front of their computers, TVs, video games, etc is what makes them fat. I have worked at Mc Donald's for a little over a year and have lost 10 pounds. I still eat the food, but don't just sit on my butt. They DO have salads with grilled (Not fried) chicken, honey wheat buns for the premium chicken sandwiches (Which you can also get with grilled chicken). Don't blame the fast food companies for being fat. It's your own fault!

because money conquers all. mcdonald is capitalism + efficiency. health stores and healthy restaurants dont exist because they care about mortality or obesity rates, it's mostly the profit that comes out of it that they care more about.

i only like their fries, scramble eggs, and drive thru service

i personally find it horrible that people sue businesses for problems that they got themselves into by themselves. businesses don't force you to purchase their services or products, why should the plaintiffs win the case? if a person doesn't like a company then they can go somewhere else, no one's stopping them from doing so.

okay...fast food places...they are like cigeretts.
fast food places...tell you how many calories (nutrient facts)
cigeretts tell you cause cancer.

however, people still smoke.

fast food places do not MAKE you eat there. they are just sitting there, and people go to eat their bc of THEIR choice.

some fast food places have healthy things also...maybe like wraps, salads, and fruit cups, ect ect.

if you sued them, you would lose guarentee....sorry.
