how can I improve the sentence which is my main idea of the essay. the essay is about democracy. I wouldnt like to change the order in which the sentence is.
This system (democracy) is the best form of government where the interest of the people is represented ,where out rights are protected and where compromise can be reached.

Democracy is the best form of government due to the fact that it represents the interests of the people it governs. This system not only protects our rights, but allows for compromises to be reached.

I would change it like this:
Democracy is the best form of government because the interests of the people are represented, their rights are protected and compromises can be reached.

Since your main question is vague, and your details prior to the essay sentence is poorly written, you have a lot more to worry about than the essay. I strongly recommend discussing this with your teacher; it will not only benefit you in the long run, but might actually earn the respect of your teacher for being brave enough to come forward.
