You should aways be who you are and the world will tell you whether you were kind or correct. You could be both. The idea is to be good, and by that; many believe that the idea is to be love, to be ruled by your heart and not your head. If people believe the same then you will most likely be seen as both kind and correct, but; you will definitely be seen as who you are, and not someone the world created. Be the actor and not the reactor. Be love, and be right in the process. I would rather be kind, but what matters to me is that I am not false. So, the answer to your question is "right", at least right with me.

Being kind... I generally could care less if people think I'm right!
Don't get me wrong, I voice my opinion... but I'm not much of an arguer unless it is something I'm terribly passionate about.
