No.
People don't get married with the intention of getting divorced. Usually divorce comes from being unhappy and nothing will change it other than getting out of the situation.
Often divorce will eventually result in happiness, therefore is not causing unhappiness, disputing your oxymoron theory.

depends on how you view the term divorce, and what the situation is. Sometimes a divorce is a mistake, and brings lots of pain afterwards. However it could also be the best thing in someones life.

Not necessarily..........
An oxymoron (plural oxymorons or, more rarely, oxymora) is a figure of speech that combines two normally contradictory terms. Oxymoron is a loanword from Greek oxy ("sharp") and moros ("dull"). Thus the word oxymoron is itself an oxymoron.

Of course not. Some of us aren't suited to marrige, we tried it, but we're just too selfish or something. Now we are happily divorced.

Nope. If the marriage was really bad (abusive, loveless, unfaithful, etc) then a person is probably happier being divorced.

why when people discover an oxymoron that GOT to point it out?
ever notice that no one pointS out that a phrase is a metAPhor/simile/split infinitive/squinting modifier?
but use an oxymoron.... we got to SAY THAT IT IS AN OXYMORON
