My favorite type of book would have to be sci-fi/fantasy

I love the star wars books, harry potter, the left hand of darkness, the shannara series, and many more.

I bounce between hard sci-fi (David Brin, Alann Steele, Jack Mcdevitt) and techno-thriller (Tom Clancey, Vince Flynn, Clive Cussler). When I can't get one of those, I'll read fantasy or murder mysteries.
