Stay away from him until he is free to forge a relationship with you. It's the greatest act of love to protect somebody from temptation.

The annulment is not a given. Even if he is legally divorced, he may still be spiritually bonded to his wife until one of them dies. Nobody can tell you whether or not he is until he has completed the annulment process. That can take some time -- years, even. Recently, Ted Kennedy found out that he didn't get an annulment 10 years ago like he thought he had. He tried to pay for one, but his wife appealed to the Vatican and they upheld the marriage and rejected the application for annulment. And Teddy was already divorced and remarried! So it's a big mess for him.

Protect this man from the same big mess. Just stay away from him until he's truly free, IF he ever becomes truly free. If you really love him, it'll be a sacrifice, but it will be a DOABLE sacrifice because it will be based on love.

Stay Away. You can only hurt his divorce if you are around. And it will interfere with him getting an annulment (through the Church !) If they are aware he's involved with someone else. Hopefully you aren't the "reason" for his divorce. Good Luck !

If he is catholic I cannot believe he is getting a divorce because Catholics do not believe in divorce. All you can do is be his friend until he works out his problems/divorce/annulment.

What is with this crap of so many women chasing after married guys all the time. Guess I should find someone to get married so I'll have all kinds of women chasing after me!! What is with this....some kind of ego boost making them feel they are hot because they can take a man away from another woman???? When will you realize that the only reason you get these men is because they have no morals, character and they're cheaters to start with ...liers...distrustful...etc. I guess it's true what they say...you look for someone who is compatible and has the same character traits as yourself!!!!

Divorce and annulment are not the same thing.
If he's Catholic and you aren't, you are setting yourself up for a huge heartbreak.

The fact he is married should already be a clear signal that you are playing with fire, and that this will not end well.

You do absolutely nothing. You leave him alone and find yourself another man, a man that has never married before or is a widower. God said He hates divorce and Jesus said remarriage is adultery.

I think he should move out first, then you should "officially" get together. You had better be sure you want to marry him and he wants to marry you, otherwise, it just ain't worth the trouble and turmoil.

The only way you can help him is to get out of his life so he can make his marriage work. Take a hike!

well you need to leave him alone he has a wife and you do not need to help him with nothing well just help her and get out of their lives because your in her life too. trust me you don't want that to come back to you when your married and worry there will be a woman out there wanting to do the same as you are wanting to do.. love yourself enough to want a man who can truly love you because nothing guarantees you that he will leave his wife!!!!! PLEASE LEAVE THEM ALONE....
