delete every thing you can from the account and then stop using it. They will delete it for you in like 50 years if you dont log in. And change your name to a fake name if you havent already.

I would just delete everything and sign out. Dont think you can actually delete it entirely and permanently.

Open Google.com (Home Page)
Sign in it - Google home page (not Gmail or another)
Click on "My account" at the top right of the page.
(You will see your services listed on the right.)
Click on "Edit" next to the "My Services"
Then you'll see a link to "Close Account". Follow it!
