No, I think the answer is that you already answered your questions and now you need to ask a few questions.
It makes sense, but then again so did the sobriety test , when you think that you can't remember why you are suddenly out of answers.
My answer is because you ran out of answers. It is the only answer that makes sense in and of itself.

I have been given pissed off with that too at point one i think of this is 14 questions an afternoon, examine the regulations. yet as you answer questions, your point and allowance bypass up. see you tommorrow. Have a stable night.

the more points you accumulate the closer you get to the next level and the more questions you can ask and answer. it is very limited when you at level 1.
