No. Exodia's effect is somewhat different from other Effect Monsters. Its effect happens when its NOT in play and so cards like Divine Wrath don't effect it. Exodia's effect wins by what is called a game state check. A game state check happens everytime players take any action to make sure its legal and so any resultant effects take place. Game state checks have no spell speed and so you couldn't ever respond to Exodia being revealed. Once Exodia is revealed the game automatically ends and no further action can be taken.

No. Unlike the effects of all other cards, the effect of Exodia is effective even while in your hand. As already said above, all you need to do to use it is show your opponent the five pieces of Exodia in your hand and on the field.

Win conditions cant be negated. Exodia isnt an effect, it's the win condition. The instant all 5 cards are in your hand, the duel ends.

no.sorry but The thing is, Exodia does not "activate" it just happens as soon as you get all 5 pieces and declare it. see exodia was designed to be unstapabol sorry about the spellig so upper deck would have not jest printed a card that could stop the forbiden one

yes, it's kind of like when I unexpectedly helped an oponint get Exodia in their hand and then made them lose that had at the begining of their turn because of the effect of Spirit Ryu. Even though they had all the peaces they still have to draw that one card and Spirit Ryu made him lose his hand before he can do anything on his turn. I nearly would have lost had it not been for that effect.

no. you automatically win when you have all 5 pieces. anyways, i think divine wrath only works on monsters that are on the field and you exodia pieces NEED to be in your hand to win.
