just use the stock all the bearing is for is to allow the clutch disk to spin when you push the clutch pedal

The stock bearings are good. After markets are rather difficult to find AND rather expensive(I know this because I made a sleeper car out of a '86 4D Cavalier with a 2.8 V6 OHV 2000TBI). Remember that this IS a bearing assembly. Check the manufacturers' directions for lubricating (or not as the case may be) before you install the darn thing. Also, if you're replacing the bearing, you might just go ahead and replace the whole clutch assembly while your at it and save yourself some time and frustration.

The stage three clutch will put more load on the release brg, due to the added stiffness of the pressure plate springs. I would try to look a bit harder, maybe through some performance parts websites. The stock release brg will work, but won't last as long. There are numerous performance parts website out there, I am fairly certain at least one would offer a performance release brg for you car.
