Do you mean innovations or technologies the Allies didn't have?
Aviation- the Naziis were the first to get a jet aircraft in the air, and (related) rockets. Their rocket ballistics were more advanced.
Otherwise, America and the UK developed such things as modern antibiotics, computers, lasers, advanced radar, and (of course) nuclear fission (primarily US).
The Nazi war machine depended heavily on mobility and tactics - strategies that strayed from the "blitzkreig" model were often unsuccessful.
The tank, the airplane, and the auto were pretty crucial to most of their victories. (When the couldn't get enough gasoline, they got into a lot of trouble, although they never could've defeated the US, the UK, and Russia all at once).

BTW, the first person to use the words "radar" and "seaplane" was Winston Churchill. The pen can be mightier than the sword!!

Yep, Hitler is still alive in Brazil growing coca plants. Well, it not the original Hitler, it his first clone, Hitler Jr., but, it/he is in his mid 60's. The third clone, Hitler III is 42. Hitler IV will be 11 this month actually.
