I would start checking for a BIG short in the main cabin wiring some where. This explains WHY your fuses keep blowing out every time you put one in. DO NOT PUT A BIGGER POWER LEVEL FUSE INTO THE FUSE SLOT!!!! THIS WILL ONLY COMPLICATE THINGS!!!! You'll need to get a voltage meter (sometimes called a "wiggy" by some mechanics) and check each and every line going into the cabin to the fuse box and the dash panels. Yes, it's a big job and yes, it will take time and yes, you will need to have the ignition in the "on" position to get power to all the lines. However, I'd recommend taking the car to the shop as they can find the short with their equipment really fast. Say within a day (once they get to work on it that is).

you have a short somewhere in the wiring, thats why the fueses are blowing, probably a splice or something... DO not put in bigger amp fuse, that jus defeats the purpose of having one. Inspect the wirring do you have a voltmeter? that would help you make further tests...

You have a short somewhere in the circut take the light down and check for problems with the fixture, check for other systems on the circut and check those for problems.

Often this is an indication that the button in the side panel (the one that when door opens puts on light inside the car)is shorting out. find it pry it out replace it.
