my g/f is bony. she is 100 pounds at 5'5" and eats as much as she can hoping to gain weight.. she is desperate for ways to not be so skinny and the doctors have tried everything to find the reason.. but she is just.. skinny..
i suggested weight gainers shakes.. like protein shakes.. because ive used them for workouts.. but idk if thats the best thing for her
is there any better way??
