It is probably what is happen in your life. Probably at school or at home, maybe it is because you feel something special about someone and you're too shy to tell him or maybe you're angry at somebody for doing something horrible to you and you will never forgive them for that. It could be anything that is making you emotional, you're just going to have to find out for yourself. You're the only one that knows the answer.

Anyway, some are just emotional. Would you prefer to have NO emotion? I bet you'd rather cry at the drop of a dime than to feel nothing for anything or anyone!

You talk as if it is a bad thing. Do you have any idea how many people walk around day in day out in a superficial stupor? The trick is to channel it into something productive.
Find something you really care about. It will help you get out of your own head.
