I assume you are asking "Why do we need to pay a $30 application fee for International Baccularate when you apply?
Well, there are some administration when you apply for anything. Just imagine any Tom, **** or Harriet without the correct credential applying for IB. If there are no fraud prohibitive application fee, the amount of extra work needed by the administrative staff will be doubled or even tripled. It will slow down the application process for genuine applicants.

For Mike, there is international baccalaureate, it is not a University degree, it is something like a Primary or Secondary Education provider.

if this request came from a WEB SITE offering this degree, it is a SCAM. DO NOT PAY IT. You will never see the degree or the money back. There is NO SUCH THING as an "international baccalaureate".
