That their life is 'together'. I've seen this so many times. They are aging and aging quickly, going through one of many divorces, secretly do drugs or alcohol, womanize (or in the case of women 'manize'), just want attention, glory or fame (but don't really know why) and generally don't give a damn about anyone else except themselves...they don't know what they are doing with themselves but a lot of them hide behind an image that 'everything is alright'. Believe ME, too many people fall under this category.
