No need to, the current president has already apologized and sent Billions of dollars over to Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and other terrorist strong holds to give them the love and support they require. Your question should be, how many dictators would a Democrat President support, probably just as many as the Republicans have...which is alot.

Im not a Lib so i shouldnt be answering this but if i were a "LIB" [shudder the thought} id have to say that any "LIB" would be able to find some little phrase or some word or well just something that came to mind or they think might be true or something in the alignment of the planets or some wisp of a rumour that would suggest that we need to apologize to Al Queda for something. Lets see im not quite sure what it is im supposed to be apologizing for exactly but would you like a cookie or some milk or something while i think up something?

I wouldn't put it past them.
Far as a vacation is concerned, we were warned about 9-11 in 1996, so who had 5 years to do something and IGNORED the threat. Thats a pretty long vacation even for a Democrat,

The Bush administration should apologize for ignoring the pre-9/11 briefings that could have been acted upon to prevent the attack. But they were too busy enjoying their vacation.
