If, if, Hillary Rodham Clinton is the Democrat nominee, her best qualifed, most experienced, and brightest, would be John Edwards,a brilliant legal and political mind, who has a real and proven record for fighting and winning for the working class in the U.S.A. Also, John Edwards would be vital if she is to win in the Southern states. However, I am not sure Hillary Rodham Clinton will be the nominee, as there are many supporters for John Edwards, who has the most presidential profile of the entire Democrat field.

Can Bill Clinton even be legally the VP? Suppose Bill Clinton is chosen to be the Vice President by Hilary. Hilary wins the presidency and then she is assassinated by some Bush lover. Does that mean that Bill Clinton would become president again? What would happen in this scenario according to the constitution?

Cinton insiders have brought up the name Evan Bayh Governor of Indiana. The goal being is the VP wont outshine Hillary. It definately wont be Obama or Edwards..

There is no way she would choose Bill to overshadow her. She would probably send him off as some kind of embassador to get him out of her way.

She wouldn't be able to choose Bill as her running mate. Whoever is chosen would also have to be able to become President should it become necessary and constitutionally he can't. His time is up.
