Find the music video on YouTube. Right-click/copy the URL and then go to http://www.zamzar.com/url . Right-click/paste the URL into the box and click Convert to mp3. Then type in your email address.
They'll send you an email a few mins later, simply click on the link and press Download, then Save, then save it somewhere.
Then open iTunes (or whatever program you use) and press File > Add file to library.
It's pretty easy =P
