...and the battery in the cart runs dead in the middle of the store. That has happened to me. I was left stranded in the middle of the store. I had to wait for someone to get me another one that was good and charged. Do you think that I could sue them for this? I had to wait in that isle for a really long time.

Get off of the cart and walk to the vitamin section and you might find a diet pill lol. dude get up your *** and walk god damn it dont sue wally mart its you fault the cart died it has a weight limit and stop eating mcdonalds and junk food that might help to.

happened to me about 2 months ago, i just waited until i saw an employee and they ran another cart to me, no big deal

no b/c I don't have the need to use them. I walk. And I think if you sue them it would be a frivolous lawsuit (meaning pointless and a waste of my tax dollars!)

Fortunately that hasn't happened to me...

I don't think you could sue them for this, if only because Wal-Mart is a gigantic corporation.. but if you had to wait for longer than one hour, then maybe you do have a solid case.

I'd suggest talking with a lawyer.

good luck with that. i dont think you have much of a case. i personally try to stay away from walmart because i dont like being around all those trashy people while i buy cheap chines made crap
