Quite often a plunger will do it , if not you could remove the screws the hold the Drain Lever off,and then remove the lever assembly,it has a rod that goes down to the drain in a tube behind the end wall of the tub. At the end of the assembly there is a little bucket that closes the drain off when the lever is activated. Once removed, clear hair, etc. from the bucket and replace into the tub. Good Luck

If you have a pull-up drain plug then it should come apart as follows
the center pull knob should unscrew and underneath is a screwdriver post that you can unscrew to remove the drain plug
under this you will probably find a hair plug
you'll probably want a pair of needlenose pliers to remove the hair
replace the drain plug and you should be back in business
If you have a different style of drain plug you'll have to figure out how to remove, then remove the hair plug

Do not use Drano! If you have abs pipes it will eat them up. (abs is plastic type of pipe) Normally it is hair that has wrapped itself around the stopper and cross metal piece that the stopper attaches to. Just unscrew the stopper and pull the hair out. Then run hot water for a few minuets to get it thru the p trap below. Clean up and you should be good to go.

do you have a plunger? Try a coat hanger, maybe there's hair stuck in the drain. If nothing works, or if you can wait until it slowly drains, then pour in a little baking soda and then apple cider vinegar. Let it sit 30 seconds, run warm water. Hope this helps!

You've got three options.
Draino
Call a plumber.
Unscrew the drain stopper and pull the hair out by hand. If you do this, you will want to make sure you're wearing rubber gloves, and wash your hands in a mild bleach solution after wards.
