can you up load the songs of an ipod into your computer to make a CD?

i have my boyfriends video ipod and i really want to make a cd from some songs on his ipod. how can i do that? details please. thanks.

That site tells you how to download the songs from your iPod to your computer, which you must do first. It's pretty easy. Make sure you have iTunes installed on the computer first (it's free). Also, if you don't have one, you'll need the iPod USB cord.

So download the songs, and then open iTunes. At the top click on File > New Playlist. Then at the side go to Music and right-click on a song that you want to go in the playlist. Press Add to playlist. To do this for more than 1 song at a time, press Ctrl.

Then when you're done, go to the playlist and insert a blank CD. Then press Burn Playlist.

you would have to look up an application for accessing the songs on the ipod, iTunes purposely does not allow it. I think there is an app called iPod Access that should do it.
