1. The people here at Senior Citizens are cool and friendly.

2. Don't wait until you get injured to take better care of yourself. I am so out of shape that turning over in my bed one night landed me a pinched nerve in my neck. I'm only 46.

I'm starting to turn over a new leaf with regular exercise and watching what I eat from now on.

1) That it's wonderful to find new friends around the globe
to share and learn with.
2) That being loved is the most important thing in the world, esp in tough times.

1. That it takes longer than 3 years to get over the death of your mother.

2. That I'm not quite as anxious to go back to work as I thought I'd be when I retired. That little part-time job isn't quite as attractive as I thought.... I love being retired!!! With nothing to do!!! My time is my own!!!

Jeez, I wish I was rich.

I learned what it will be like when my husband retires (he was home for three months because of a work injury) (I'm scared) I learned that cats multiply I took in one now I have three.....PS congrats Gift

The more I learn the more I find I don't know much. I have
learned to love more and be more forgiving.

I learned that the people at Social Security can't work their computers very well. They keep making mistakes with my benefits.
