Do their fangs work somewhat like our esopagus/trachea, where one channel opens to deliver venom and another opens to recieve the juices? Do they have a mouth that they use for drinking water and "eating?"

Fangs are for delivering poison. Juices from the digestive glands liquefy the prey before it is sucked into the mouth by the stomach's pumping action
