check the tread, look for bald spots or thin tread. Otherwise you could go to some place like sears and ask them. they will look at it for free, and there pretty honest

so funny at present there is a long term 50mph imposed limit on the M4 and it will be there for an incredibly long time Those people who supposedly know the area say A Roads, they have obviously not driven or ridden the A4 between london and Reading for a long time, it only really opens up from maidenhead and even then it is so tight. I have ridden the M25 from potters bar and then M4 to reading on many an occasion and on a 125, the only bit where I have had to really suck on it is where the M25 joins the M4. But lorries ( well the UK ones) do pay attention to you. Passing near to slough you have to be attentive too because of the traffic joining from Winsor. Other than that it's fine. The long standing 50 mph imposition is from the A329 M wokingham and reading east junction to junction 11 A33 junction. If you come off reading east along the A329 most of the way into town along the old A4 is accompanied by ride-able bus lanes right up to the Oracle centre. Other routes either A33 or up the A4 from Reading West the bus routes are less prolific and there are more traffic lights. Nearest scooter centre is at Caversham bridge they are a TRUE vespa and Piaggio centre, guy running it is really friendly, they also have another shop maidenhead way. Don't go by train :o( Reading Main railway station is under major development, there is no parking and Taxi's are at a premium. Advice.... Well go by scooter But as you've already a full licence holder consider upgrading it to a 150 or a 175 with a higher range box and final drive or look for a 300 piaggio, the 125 will suffer more than you will Don't take my word for it. Ride it yourself

the only numericals that have anything to do with your question is your actual tread depth. Your dirve distance isn't really a factor,,,,, How you DRIVE your car is more the question. I have a Pontic Grand Prix that has 225,000 on it and I've only gone thru 2 sets of tires. But if I smoked my tired, did burns outs, and so on,, they wouldn't have lasted as long. Check your tread depth and you will know when they are due to be changed

I would think those are your stock tires since new. Generally speaking and not seeing your tires. They are not long to be replaced and since we are in the rainy season i would put caution before all else and just replace the tires. Always better to be safe now then sorry later.

I would venture to say you are getting very close to them needing replaced, you can tell by looking at the tread, if you live where there is snow I would replace them before you spin it out and lose it.

if you can stick a penny into the tread of your tire and you can see Lincoln's head, then it is about 3/32 tread left and should be replaced
