True happiness is different for different people. But generally, a sense of accomplishment goes a long way towards feeling that way. That can be done in many ways, but achieving a good education, a good job, a loving family, and keeping physically and mentally fit are some ways to my idea of true happiness. I would sit back and think a bit, if I were you, about what is lacking in your life. Then take steps to change it or improve it. And good luck in your quest!!!

i think that having a strong balance between your social life, work life, and physical activity is key to happiness. you need to love what you do, have fun, and work hard. dont get bored- get busy!! :)
