I'm brain storming here. For a moment I thought you are a convicted felon.
I think ( can't really be sure) I got your point.
My answer, HUMAN NATURE. we don't like people who have seen us at our worst. people who we cannot fool because they have seen what others have not about us.
although these people have been good to you, they give you an uneasy feeling.
come on tell me, am i right???
can't resist asking, have you really been to jail???

Ooooh, wow I thought I had a "past" but that's some life you have been surviving lol.
Seriously now, I think whether we admit it or not we all suffer from the "Mother Teresa syndrome" in that we would like to be veritable saints who totally give of ourselves above and beyond our own self interest.
The reality is very much different.
We are all hypocrites to a lesser or greater degree, everyone of us judging people by the standards that we consider to be the right ones.
But if we are totally honest with ourselves then we find our good deeds and acts of charity are mostly done out of a need to feel good about ourselves.
So if we are among "bad people" by what ever you define the term, then we feel better about us for we like to think, I am not like that, or I would never do this therefore I am comfortable in my little world for I am a good person.

Salaam Alaykum, I have been to jail and I was beaten by a police officer...I hit him back and went to prison. I am a convicted felon but I have loved those who have shown me love. Some people would never believe that I am a felon...bit it does not define me as a person. It was the will of Allah SWT and I had plenty of time to read the Quran and learn Arabic. Good people go to jail too. Why would you think like this? Some people usually don't hate people that have been good to them. Perhaps you physcological have reasons for your behavior.

May be bcoz:

1- this guy saw me when am weak
2- this man saw me in this situation
3- this lady made me embarrased
4- this lady made me do so
Conclusion: these 4 types of people made me see the bad side of me

but with bad people no one will show me the bad side as we r all bad

Thx for the question

because you feel that they have sth on you,and ppl don't like to be someone's slave
''maseklo zella'' mn el a7'er

u feel comfortable when surrounded by bad ppl because in this case u feel that u are better than them, whenever u do sth bad,u say to urself:''what the heck?..i'm better than others''(ana a7sn mn 3'ery)

but ppl good to you make u feel that u r really small

there's no reason at all to hate the first three options you've mentioned.........because by this, you're "unfair" to them, to those who helped you and supported you in your crisis (actually in case no.2....the guy who got you out of jail, do you mean your lawyer ?? or someone you've escaped with him ?? hhehehe.......i look naive by this q :D )

anyway.........but the 4th case, i believe you "should" hate the lady, because she's separated you from your wife, as well as she's unfaithful and not trustworthy.

when u are surrounded by people who are worse than u, u feel that u are Better then them or above them,
but if ur surrounded by people who are better than you, you feel down and little,
so people prefer to hang out with people that are worse than them so that they feel that they are better!!

because they remind us of our weaknesses and i think we do feel comfortable (if i m the guy who hate the people you mentioned above) mingling those people because they makes us feel human..
