"winner take all" =the state will give their electoral vote to the candidate who wins the most popularvote in a state.

Because their governments are trying their best, within the confines of the Federal Electoral College system, to have their electoral votes most reflect the true will of their voters. If I was running things, I would require ALL states to follow this method.

Maine and Nebraska are for Obama, nothing else matters. Pretty much they have pre-endorsed their candidate. What a wonderful thing. And, in each state the electoral vote is suppose to reflect the popular vote anyway, nothing has changed.

Most states use that method.
