Careers project help?

i have to write (and present) a speech for my careers class. On the rubric/requirement sheet thing it says :10 pts. for future outlook" what does this mean? 'future outlook" i mean, i obviously know what 10 pts. means.... so yeah, what does future outlook mean? (if it helps, my job is an artist...)

i thick future outlook means what will the future have to say about art i would ask a teacher for an accurate answer
