My laptop is a HP Pavillion ZE4900, I just bought a new battery and power supply to see if that would fix the problem but my laptop still won't start. The light just keep blinking orange after couple hours trying to charge it.

Please bring it to a repair shop. It is beyond your technical know-how to fix it. At the shop they have the instruments, equipment, and experience to find out what the problem is.
They also have the trouble shooting diagrams.
The problem could be anywhere between the power supply from the electric lines to the unit. A break in the line, a busted power I.C., a damaged plug....let the technical people with the instruments, equipment, and experience determine the cause.

take out the battery and use the power cord (leave the Battery out) if not then i really couldnt tell you what to do lol it might be a software issue but i highly doubt that. if that doesnt work try and post another reply below mine or edit the question and say exactly what happens when you try doing this way.

Hi Remove the battery and see if it starts. If so then, new or not, the battery has a problem.
