It seems that since I have hit the age of 22 / 23 my metabolism is stumped. I can't seem to loose weight. I can gain muscle but I still am gaining a bunch of fat no matter how well I eat. I try to excercise atleast 3 times a week. What is a good kick start for my metabolism?

This could be a symptom of a hormone imbalance such as a thyroid problem, but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think is going on.
