you kind of can but not really, i mean dont give them a star, leave a bad comment (not very nice)

I dont think it would make a different point wise if we could thumbs-down questions but it may just make people think differently when their questions get thumbed down

youd have idiots thumbing down good questions which ruins it for the people who deserve it. kinda like when your playing internet games and theres like 3 idiots gunning down his own teamates on the battlefield.
