Bubbly hot chocolate: mmmmmmm
Put 4 heaped teaspoons of instant hot chocolate into a mug, mix in enough milk to make a thick paste, then add hot water stirring all the time, if you leave it a while you will get more bubbles.
I have tried Aero hot chocolate that is always bubbly, but I don't like it as much.

Mark me up for hot chocolate too, though mulled wine is the correct seasonal answer, it's very hit and miss depending on how its made. But I do love hot choc, which is strange, since my mother put me off hot drinks as a child as she always made them with superheated steam rather than hot water, so all I remember as a child was burning my mouth :(
