Ira you missed the point, what do you think of a person that uses multiply ids, reverse the statement. What would you think of a conservative that does that.

I would be encouraged that he or she would have to resort to a tactic like this to get his or her message out.

I think it's a poor tactic regardless of who uses it. Reasonable people can disagree profoundly and still communicate and even still be friends. Resorting to name-calling, harassment, or multple IDs is childish, stupid and does far more damage to everyone than good.

While I rarely report anyone on Y!A, I would consider reporting a person who did this.

I depends if they are just answering or being jerks about it, my favorite tactic of those who disagree with me are the ones who ban me after I answer their question and make them look kind of foolish
