No more religious nuts in office. Isn't scary that you can't even win an nomination in this country unless you claim to believe in something that can't/hasn't even been proven to be true? You can have claim you put your trust in an invisible being.
Religion = Organized ignorance.
We need to stop letting bronze age fiction over ride 21st century technology. It's getting to be ridiculous.

i won't be in a position to think of of an enhanced political speech in MY lifetime. And no, i'm not 6, i'm 36. And if the only ingredient critics can say is that it did not address atheists or that it did not talk sufficient of what makes him diverse from an evangelical, i will stay with that. To do otherwise could pass opposite to Mr. Romney's use of a quote from John Adams ("Our shape replaced into made for a ethical and spiritual human beings.") and it may lower back be a digital religious attempt. that is not his place as presidential candidate to describe doctrine. As he pronounced "to attain this could enable the very religious attempt the founders prohibited interior the shape." to those bigoted evangelicals, get that by your head and vote for the perfect candidate. to those smart and appreciative evangelicals, make your help much greater suitable for Mitt Romney on the instant.

I think even though Romney will give a good speech about his faith it still won't be enough for evangelicals. Let me remind you that Romney doesn't want to give this speech but he feels the need to because Huckabee is soaring in Iowa. Evangelicals who can't bring themselves to vote for a Mormon, are looking at Huckabee as an alternative. I think Romney will still lose in Iowa and will lose in other primaries.

Negative, the evangelical revival is all over Huckabee now. Whenever it was Romney and Guiliani as the only contenders it was great for Romney. Considering that Guiliani makes Bill Clinton look like a family kinda guy but not now with a southern baptist like Huckabee showing life. I say just avoid the subject if I am Romney considering the media always brings it up he should just let them talk it over for him.....they will anyway.

What I do not understand is why it is so difficult for the left to grasp that the right is not afraid of Romney or Mormons. I believe they will embrace a Romney administration before a Giuliani one.

Yes, maybe.
But, like Bill Clinton, will he invite reporters and cameramen into black churches, to film him as he clutches his Bible and cries????
I don't think so. He's not a hypocrite like Clinton.
Clinton was a real Bible Thumper, and Democrats worshiped him for it.
Cool!!!!!! I'm still laughing-----14 years later.

Isn't it funny that people can call mormons a cult and denegrate them whenever they want and it isn't considered racist?
If they did that to other races, they would be a racist.
Double Standard, I think so.

You will only get to see it on FOX that's for sure
I like the guy, and I can look past our differences in religion. I see Mormons like a different denomination anyway.
the man is incredibly smart and everywhere he goes success follows, I hope that the people of Iowa will not be so narrow as to dismiss a truly great man because of where he worships God.

The only "test" I see is driven by the media. When will people realize that one way the media controls information is by the questions they ask (and don't ask).
