a - apothem
s - side
p – perimeter

A = 800
s = 2 a tan(36°)
A = (5/2) a s = 5 a² tan(36°)
a = √[A cot(36°)/5] = 14.84 cm
s = 21.56 cm
p = 5 s = 107.82 cm
