If someone raped your daughter, like between the age of 12-15 what would you do to the man who did it to her?

You should listen to Lindsay T. Its not about what you want to do, or about what anyone else would 'hypothetically' do. Its about your daughter. Her feelings are whats important here. Not yours, not other peoples opinions. She comes first. You can deal with it. She has to live whatever you do and if you do something stupid you could hurt her even more.
You be a hero, beat him up, kill him (all those fantasies people here are entertaining) and do time, how will she feel?. Where will her dad be when she needs him? In jail. Not smart. think about it.

At the heat of the murder them get a gun and kill him. It's heat of the passion then after done expain you were not in your right state of mind and get to go to prison for a few years as a posed to life or 10. Watch Snapp on Oxygen some of those women are nuts and done the sme thing for their kids.

to be honest,i will capture him then torture him like no person has ever been tortured before,untill he will be sorry that he was ever born and met my daughter and lay a finger on her,then i would at last kill him and throw his dead body to the dogs or the sharks to feed on his rotten flesh,that is the least that he desarves.any honest loving father would do the same if not more...i hope this situation never happens to any father...

He lives, only because I refuse to kill!! But he will remember me & what he did every time he looks in the mirror, or takes his teeth OUT to clean them!! And they wanted to prosicute me for assult(had a good lawyer)&got charges dropped to disorderly conduct!! He got 7-12 years room & board!!

the looser would be put in jail so he would then get that same treatment.................. so no i wouldnt do anything it would be takin care of cause news travels fast in those places and he would last 5 minutes...i would move on and take my daughter to self protection classes and help her build a life after the experience

seriously if it were my daughter i would go after the guy and beat his *** up, but if you want to do this sensebly i would've called the police as soon as i knew it happend and let court take care of it.
