I have the flu, but I haven't been in for 2 days and tomorow would be 3. But I don't want to miss much. Should I?

You can't go to school with the flu. It's very contagious. It sucks to stay home from school sick but you would be putting others at risk and stressing yourself out more if you went to school sick. Unfortunately the flu can last a long time. I had it when I was in fourth grade. I was sick for 8 days and missed 6 days of school. It sucked. The best I can tell you is to get some rest. If you are worried about missing too much work, notify your teacher and see if he/she can send it home. I hope you feel better soon!

I hope you feel better! But I definitely think you need to stay home tomorrow- 3 days isn't too difficult to make up. And if you go to school tomorrow still feeling sucky chances are you'll have to stay home Friday to get over your flu.

Lets see, what is the worst thing that could happen, you could get fired, as long as you are OK with that, no problem stay home, get a doctors note and get well. Don't go spreading the flu.

If you're in middle school:
Not really. You might miss about 3 assignments for math, 2/3 for science and reading and other stuff might push you into doing more than you usually do.
If you're in high school:
Yes! You'll miss a lot of homework assignments and daily grades.

It depends on how you feel. If you feel like your missing a lot, you could have a friend come by and give you your homework and let you borrow his/ her notes. The more you rest, the bfaster you will feel better! I doubt that your classmates want to be stuck with the flue either.
