Not why are you here at yahoo anwsers no why are you here on earth it is for my philosophy class think about it in a philosophical way?

I think we are here to learn and improve our souls.

Basically, though, if people just live their lives as "good" people (don't intentionally hurt anyone and have fun), then you serve your purpose. The learning comes along whether you like it or not.

Obviously my theory is based on reincarnation, because I think the end result is to learn everything you can about life, not the books, but people, and experience many different situations and get as "well rounded" as you can.

I woke up one day, and here I was. Whether that has to do with God or science, it is a fact. I imagine my parents played a large role in my being on this earth, as well.
